Policy

Admission:

DISENO reserves the right to grant or deny admission to its courses.
The admissions are processed on a first-come-first-served basis. No further enrollments will
be taken once the seats fill up for a particular course.

Attendance:

At least 80% attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.
Attendance will be marked during the first ten minutes of every class.
Participants coming late or leaving early from the class will be marked absent.
Marking proxy attendance is strictly prohibited and is considered a violation of DISENO
policies.

Certification:

Certificates will be provided after completion of the course.
For Design Students, Final projects are necessary to submit to get a certificate.
At the end of the course, you will be awarded an E-Certificate, granted you meet the
eligibility criteria.
This will be an electronic/soft copy of the certificate.
Certificates will be provided after one month of course end.
If you would like to request a printed/hard copy of the certificate, please submit the fee of
PKR 2000 from your student portal.
Once your payment is processed for the hard copy of the certificate, your certificate will be
dispatched from our end and will reach you in 20-25 working days.

Leave or Freezing a Course:

Students who wish to discontinue study for a course are supposed to get written permission
from their respective subject instructor & HOD.
They may resume their study in the next course after seeking permission from the HOD at the
time of registration.
Students taking breaks without permission will be dropped from the course and treated as
inactive students during their absence.
They are not allowed to register for a subsequent course unless their absence is regularized.
Candidates shall be charged the Registration fee again if they freeze the course.

Refunds:

All fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable
In case a program is not offered by the institute after its advertisement, a 100% Tuition and
Admission fee shall be refunded.
Participants are required to undertake due diligence regarding the course selection. Once
registered, participants cannot switch courses when classes commence.
Participants who haven’t attended live sessions due to some major issue will continue
through recordings and have time to complete it after one month of the course end.

Note: DISENO has zero tolerance for any form of Discrimination or Aggressive behavior with teachers & fellows such as harassment, stalking, or ragging activities, and can result in strict disciplinary action or will remove from the course.
